Michael L. Thompson
CEO
Michael Thompson is the Chief Executive Officer of Fair Oaks Foods. Prior to Fair Oaks Foods, Mike worked for McDonalds, where his passion for the restaurant business and his drive to excel further in the industry propelled him to take the next step into entrepreneurship. Mike acquired the majority ownership of Fair Oaks Foods, guided by his insightful leadership ability and sharp business insight. Mike has achieved great success since taking the helm of Fair Oaks Foods in 2003. As an advocate for diversity, Mike continues to stand as a benchmark for minority businesses, maintaining Fair Oaks Foods as a certified Minority Business Enterprise.
Michael J. Thompson

Michael J. Thompson joined the business in 2009, as a National Account Sales Manager at Fair Oaks Foods. Since then, Michael has transitioned into President of Fair Oaks Foods. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the Food Industry, is an accomplished marketing strategist and a strong leader. His vision and expertise continues to demonstrate cost-effective growth for Fair Oaks Foods. Michael is skilled in building relationships of trust and respect from customers and peers, which continues to allow success in his career as well as growth for Fair Oaks Foods.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Randy Levy joined Fair Oaks Foods in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer bring over 25 years in financial, operational, and technology leadership in Manufacturing, Consumer Product Goods, Product Development, and Innovation. Randy has successfully scaled organizational growth in privately held and private equity backed organizations through intentional leadership, building organizational talent, and capabilities. Randy is passionate in enabling purpose driven organizations achieve high performing excellence.
Aimee Foreman
Vice President of Human Resources
Aimee joined Fair Oaks in November 2023 as our new HR Leader. As Vice President of Human Resources at Fair Oaks Foods, Aimee leads selecting the best talent, driving employee development, and championing culture initiatives which all support making Fair Oaks Foods a great place to work in the Greater Milwaukee/Chicagoland area. Aimee balances advocating for employees while supporting the needs of the business.
Kafi Thompson
Director of Sales and Business Development
Kafi Thompson joined Fair Oaks Foods in 2022 as the Director of Sales. Kafi has extensive experience in sales in several leadership positions with over 15 years in the food & beverage industry. Kafi has earned multiple accreditations and her success managing key customer relationships led her to Fair Oaks with the opportunity to work alongside family and build a long-lasting legacy. Kafi is a true advocate for the customer and champions the team to be ‘customer obsessed’. Her experience, passion and integrity in always doing right by the customer has led to a proven track record of success.
